Just got back from a wonderful stay at the Verandah. We loved the resort. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The grounds were lovely. The beaches and pools were great. While they are going through some growing pains with hiring …
Great!|Just returned from a week at The Verandah Antigua. We had a great time, and want to let everyone know that the newly renovated resort is top-notch.|Now that the resort has been reopened for two months, things are really running …
It's been almost 4 years since our last winter vacation, so we were really looking forward to Antigua and The Verandah despite some negative reviews since the refresh.||The Site||With single story units, the Verandah is spread out over a …
The Verandah is a 𝓢𝔀𝓮𝓮𝓽 gem of a resort👌|I truly-really enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful surroundings, nothing but good-vibes throughout. Luxe-fun, lots-to-do, authentic Caribbean-chic, and oh my gosh…a jaw-dropping Rasta Beach Pool.|A …
We had a wonderful time at the Verandah. This resort is very hilly and large so be prepared to walk a lot. The thing that I would warn people about is pace of the workers. Nothing fast happens here. That is not a complaint though from …
Absolutely beautiful resort. We came here for our honeymoon and loved the views, food, coffee bar, and excursions. The resort is small enough that you can walk anywhere, although the golf carts are nice with some of the hills. We loved the water hammocks at the beaches. You can walk to Devil's Bridge from the resort, which is a cool perk. The resort is very low-key, which is exactly what we were looking for. If you want some more energy, the Pineapple next door might be for you. It was nice that we could have some of our meals over there included with our stay at the Verandah. Overall we loved it and can't wait to go back. Oh, and ask for Omara when you're scheduling your transports around the island!
We had a fabulous week at the resort. We were close to the main pool and restaurant so we do not have to walk too much. The room is spacious, the shower is excellent. We could see 2 coves from the balcony, facing North. We used water sports …
The moment you get out of the taxi, the resort is breathtaking. The grounds are not just clean, but it’s quiet, beautiful, fun for all different kinds of people and just wonderful. Yes it is hilly, but if you’re not severely obese it’s actually quite pleaaant. If you’re obese/lazy they have a golf cart service for you. Foods great, service is great, drinks are great and the amenities are fantastic.
